Your well-being and the safety of your baby is our top priority. Our instructor is certified and has extensive experience in guiding parents through yoga practice. Before joining our classes, we encourage you to verify with your healthcare provider to ensure that such activity is suitable for you.

Our BE Prenatal Yoga Class has a capacity of 8 parents. It lasts for 8 sessions, once a week on a Tuesday (may not always be consecutive). Please see the attached calendar.
Classes run. from 9 .00 to 10.30 am. From 9:00-9:30 there will be a discussion and lectures containing important and helpful information; from 9:30-10:30 the yoga session will run.
